Start-Up Instruction
New to hot tub ownership? We will walk you through everything you need to know — water chemistry, filter maintenance, temperature settings, cover care, and more. We make sure you feel confident operating and caring for your new spa from day one.
Drain, Sanitize & Refill
Over time, hot tub water accumulates dissolved solids, oils, and contaminants that chemicals alone cannot remove. We completely drain your spa, thoroughly sanitize the shell and plumbing, and refill with fresh water balanced to manufacturer specifications. Recommended every 3-4 months for optimal performance.
Winterization
Colorado winters can be brutal on unprotected hot tubs. If you are not going to use your spa through the cold months, proper winterization is essential. We drain, blow out lines, add antifreeze where needed, and securely cover your spa to prevent freeze damage.
